Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before availing any service from DHU Man Power Services.
1. Registration & Service Fee
The customer must pay a non-refundable service fee of ₹10,000/-. This fee is for the agency's services and is valid for one year.
రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ మరియు సర్వీస్ ఫీజు: కస్టమర్ తిరిగి ఇవ్వబడని (Non-Refundable) సర్వీస్ ఫీజు ₹10,000/- చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఈ రుసుము ఒక సంవత్సరం పాటు వర్తిస్తుంది.
2. Replacement Policy
We provide a maximum of 4 replacements per year if the staff's performance is not satisfactory. A minimum notice period of 15 days is required to provide a replacement.
రీప్లేస్‌మెంట్ పాఫీసీ: సిబ్బంది పనితీరు నచ్చకపోతే ఏడాదికి గరిష్టంగా 4 సార్లు మార్చుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. మనిషిని మార్చడానికి కనీసం 15 రోజుల ముందు సంస్థకు తెలియజేయాలి.
3. Probation Period
The customer must observe the staff for at least one month before requesting a replacement. No replacement requests will be entertained within the first week of joining.
పరిశీలనా కాలం: పనిచేసే వ్యక్తిని కనీసం ఒక నెల పాటు పరిశీలించాలి. చేరిన వారం రోజుల్లోనే మనిషిని మార్చడం కుదరదు.
4. Salary Structure
The salary is based on current market rates and staff experience. There is no guarantee that a new staff member will work for the same salary as the previous one - it may be higher or lower based on market demand.
జీత భత్యాలు: జీతం అనేది ఆ సమయానికి ఉన్న మార్కెట్ ధర మరియు వారి అనుభవంపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. పాత మనిషికి ఇచ్చిన జీతానికే కొత్త మనిషి వస్తారనే గ్యారంటీ లేదు.
5. Advance Payments
The agency is not responsible for any advance payments made directly to the staff without informing us. Customers must notify the agency before giving any advance to the staff.
అడ్వాన్స్ చెల్లింపులు: సంస్థకు తెలియకుండా సిబ్బందికి నేరుగా ఇచ్చే ఎటువంటి అడ్వాన్స్‌లకు మాకు సంబంధం లేదు.
6. Discipline & Legal Responsibility
If a driver or any staff member is caught driving under the influence of alcohol or violating laws, it is their personal responsibility. The agency will not be liable for any legal actions or fines in such cases.
